“Shiny Turd: looks nice, staff is nice, rooms aren't great.”

Staff was accommodating when the air conditioning was not working in our room. They promptly offered to let us switch, we were upgraded to a renovated room at 130 am. Our original room was very run down, rusted bathroom fixtures, carpet torn in living room. Mold in the shower. The jets in the tub had not been run or cleaned in a long time. The AC was not cooling. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the pillows. After moving to a new and renovated room which was absolutely massive and an upgrade. I found one palmetto bug dead by the toilet which I picked up and flushed. Okay we live in Florida I can over look that. Found a 2nd in the corner of the livingroom, then another popped up in the hall, and another in the 2nd bedroom, then a worm under the dining table. Impressed by the staff offering to switch to a new room after advising the AC was not working but not by the property. This is what I would call a shiny turd

“Meh.....just meh”

The place is well situated, right near everything. I’d stayed here before and liked it, which is why I came back, but this time it was clear how worn down and patchy the upkeep had become. Electrical outlets in the walls were loose, and the master showerhead sprayed everywhere until my husband taped it with electrical tape. Painter’s tape was still stuck in corners, wall holes weren’t patched, and a screen/light shade track in the sitting area was left up with no shade. If you need extra cushion on the beds, this isn’t the spot; the mattresses are stiff and you’ll need to bring your own blanket or more. One vent was filthy and a closet door kept popping off its track. The neighbors dumped a lot of trash outside their room the night after we arrived, and it stayed there for two days. The room below us had a missing lock mechanism/door handle, which, while not ours, was an eyesore. It was clear from the temporary signage that ownership had changed, but that wasn’t communicated to me by the booking or the property. If you’re just staying for a theme‑park day and need a bed, you might not notice these issues, but we weren’t there for that.

“Otherwise the stay was great and we really enjoyed it.”

The place is spacious and very close to parks and entertainment. The only downside was the jacuzzi tub, which is hard to get in and out of at an older age; a regular walk‑in tub or shower with a curtain would be more convenient. I also think a door should allow access to the bathroom from the main living area so that people sleeping in the sofa sleeper can enter without disturbing those in the room.

“El mejor hospedaje en Orlando”

The location is great—15 minutes to parks or outlet malls, plus nearby Walmart and Ross. It’s a quiet area, so after a day at the parks it’s perfect to unwind in the jacuzzi or pool before bed, and the laundry service was a huge help during our two‑week stay in the U.S. Highly recommended, no need to look elsewhere—just book here!

The front desk staff was friendly, but everything else was dirty, moldy, and smelly. I wouldn’t stay again, and I wouldn’t bring my 2‑year‑old here. It needs an inspection ASAP.
