Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The cleaning was good, the staff were friendly and pleasant. However, over 3‑4 days we only received two towels for three people, so we were always missing one. The food was almost always the same, with limited options, and sometimes the spices didn’t match the dishes at all, leaving the taste far below what I expected.

Everything looked fresh and nice, and the restaurant staff tried to be helpful even though they were clearly under a lot of pressure. The animation team was great, really keeping the mood up despite guests not being very enthusiastic. Emine at the massage table was wonderful—so helpful and kind, and Irem at the entrance spread joy as well. It’s a nice hotel that would be better if the capacity were planned more sensibly. The hotel is far too small for the number of guests, and some guests are rude. The restaurant only stays open for two hours in the evening, opening at 19:00 and already full by 19:05, and it’s too tiny for the crowd. Sun loungers are taken before 08:00, packed so tightly that you’re squeezed together and everyone’s parasols block each other. The pool is poorly placed; tall buildings around cast shade already by 15:00. Reception staff aren’t very helpful and speak little English; when our drain got clogged they sent a bottle of shampoo, and we had to ask three more times before anyone came. The beach isn’t right outside the hotel—it’s about a five‑minute walk away. The pillows are terrible, extremely hard and high; when we asked for softer ones we got the same ones, so the staff probably didn’t understand. If a late checkout isn’t possible there’s nowhere to shower; they won’t help with a late checkout and told us there’s a shower on the beach. Reception first said the hotel was fully booked, then claimed there were rooms available for an extra night if we contacted the booking site, yet we still couldn’t check out later.

The hotel is new, the interior is modern, the bars are good, and the bartenders are excellent! The beach is a bit far to walk to, the pool is small, the restaurant is small, and when the hotel is fully occupied there are no spots near the pool or in the restaurant. The meat menu in the restaurant is sparse. The opening hours of the kids' playroom are unclear and it is constantly closed. The staff is not particularly interested in guests. During business hours we approached the reception and they said they had no relation to that room; it is the responsibility of the animators, and the animators are resting. No one tried to solve this issue. We asked how to call a taxi and were told “I don’t know.”

The room is comfortable, the restaurant is good. There is no spa in the hotel and no space in the restaurant.
