Location is good. I was upset that I had a negative case and had to check several times to resolve it; they literally forgot about me. The room dining is also below average.

The room is flawless. On the first morning, the drink I ordered was never collected and left unattended for three days. I used the laundry service, but one pair of socks went missing.

The lounge area is very quiet, especially at breakfast. Recommend the lounge room. The breakfast area on the 3rd floor is too loud and hectic; I would book a lounge room again.
