I never received the check‑in details and had to call and chase them down; parking was confusing to navigate, and the price felt high for the number of problems that would normally be handled by a standard hotel.

Location. Smelled of smoke despite advertised as non-smoking room. "Kitchen" was a dorm sized microwave and fridge. Absolutely no directions or maps. Not given the code for the hot tub, so not able to use. No housekeeping despite a 5 day stay. Room very dark
