I had a terrible experience during my check-in at this hotel. The front desk staff claimed she couldn't find my reservation in the system, which led to her refusing to let me stay. Unfortunately, this resulted in me losing the money I had paid for my booking. The whole situation was quite frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The walls are ridiculously thin, which meant I could hear every little thing my noisy neighbors were doing. To make matters worse, the bed pillows were way too thick and uncomfortable, and the bathroom light is awkwardly placed behind the door. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
