We were greeted warmly, received tea and crumble at check‑in, but we only stayed a few hours because unforeseen events forced us to leave early and we couldn’t do the planned two nights; we rested for about 7 hours before traveling on, which was overall pleasant. The rooms are very noisy, so earplugs are recommended.

A very pretty privately run place, a short walk (20 minutes) to the city center along the water; we were lovingly welcomed, the bed was huge and super comfortable, and breakfast was lovingly prepared and delicious for us.

The B&B turned out to be a hidden treasure; Catherine welcomed us warmly, the room was smartly arranged, the king bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless and the shower worked well. The breakfast was a highlight—beautifully plated and delicious—so we’re definitely returning.
