Yusuf was a nice and respectful person. Unfortunately, it’s not a hotel but an apartment split into rooms; the water was constantly cut off, the responsible person was not present and did not answer calls – a bad experience that won’t happen again.

The hosts were very pleasant, polite, and helpful, and the place was spotless with almost everything you could need; it’s new so hopefully it stays that good. They even sent me a complimentary breakfast, which I really appreciated. It offers great value for money and I love it. Small tweaks could improve it: the built‑in bidet in the bathroom doesn’t work, shower water pressure was a bit low, and the breakfast presentation could be better – it was all scattered on the tray, so if the breakfast is sold later a nicer layout would help. Also, adding coffee and creamer to the tea in the room, arranging laundry or a nearby dry‑cleaning service for longer stays, and installing streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video on the TVs would be nice. I liked the place a lot and hope they’ll consider these minor suggestions; I’ve worked in hotels before, so this is all from experience.
