“Experiência ruim”
Breakfast is served and most staff are courteous, but I had countless issues during my five‑day stay: first I was given a used room, which I complained about and it was swapped quickly; the second room had a broken bed foot, so when I sat on one side the bed rose on the other, and a well‑meaning employee tried to fix it; when the bed base was replaced, a cockroach was crawling underneath; the room door only unlocked with a heavy push; the bathroom door wouldn’t close; there was a cockroach in the pool; the restaurant floor was always dirty; it was a tough few days.
