The kitchen equipment was adequate and functional. Plenty of parking spots. Apart from numerous cobwebs, the interior was clean. The balcony and outdoor area were filthy; we were there at the end of May in good weather, which was annoying. We removed the gross dirt and full ash cans, cleared the garden tools, and moved the full leaf bags aside; we could have simply emptied the terrace, as it held all last year’s green waste. The beds and mattresses were past their prime, squeaking with every movement and feeling almost like rust. With a maximum weight of 70 kg, that should have been different. In the final days, hot water suddenly stopped; there was no contact number listed for such a situation. When we sent an email to the hosts, a delivery error appeared. No response from the hosts to date.
Spacious house with multiple bedrooms, large dining table, and child facilities. The house was not very clean, dusty, damp, and had spider webs around the windows, frames, and ceiling.

20 minutes drive from Winterberg. Functional kitchen. Large space for a ski apartment! Some mattresses are thin. The dishwasher smelled bad on arrival and improved later, but it’s past its prime.
The landlord is super friendly and the neighbors too. We felt very welcome. The landlord always responded immediately. There is even a washing machine. We are very satisfied and will gladly return.
