The location was fine, plenty to do and eat nearby. The Encore Bar is an 11‑minute walk with food and live music. Getting to Stockholm Centre was super easy—just two subway stops—especially for the price; I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, near the metro and train stations. During our four‑day stay, our room cards stopped working twice. The first time the receptionist fixed it quickly, which was fine. The second time, we returned on Sunday around 9 p.m. to find no one at reception, even though we’d been told it stayed open until 10 p.m. Our cards didn’t work, and the emergency number on the reception desk was useless; we called it twice, but they didn’t call us back as promised. We were redirected to another number, and the person on the second line was initially reluctant but eventually understood our situation—nighttime, foreign city, all our belongings locked inside a room we couldn’t access. They helped and activated new cards remotely, but the whole process took almost an hour. The next day, when we reported the incident, we didn’t even receive an apology. If you enjoy extra stress during your holidays, this is definitely the hotel for you.

I appreciated the trains nearby, but the curtains were a bit of a let‑down.
