The service was lacking, the cleaning was subpar, and the parking was a hassle.

Everything about the hotel was cozy, clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed with my husband, my parents, and another couple of friends, and we all loved it. I have nothing to complain about.

Right across from Parque das Águas, close to many shops and restaurants, and the breakfast was excellent, but they only accept Pix or cash, no card payments.

Good morning! The location was great and the bed was comfortable, but the shower was awful, the TV had no channel options, and the breakfast was very weak.
