We really enjoyed our stay at Margosa Guesthouse; the hosts were adorable, warm, and always welcoming with a smile. The location was simply ideal, only a 2‑minute walk to the beach! The room was very clean, but there was a slight damp smell and a fairly humid atmosphere.

The welcome was simple and warm; the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants, and transport, and the value for money was very good.

The lady who welcomed me was very friendly. The location is excellent and the room is spacious. It had hot water for showers. However, the room smelled like mold—probably due to the current humidity in the area, but a freshener would fix it. There is no trash bin in the room.

Great location, the family owners are welcoming and friendly, so I came back for another night. The internet is spotty, as it is everywhere in Sri Lanka.
