Everything was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the easy access to the river walk.

Located within a 30-minute drive of 5 ski fields, this hotel offers a restaurant, bar, and free on-site parking. Each unit features heat pumps, mini fridges, and tea/coffee facilities, while a guest washing machine is available on site, approximately 10 minutes from Arthur's Pass Village and 90 minutes from Christchurch Airport.

It was a convenient place to stay after a long drive, though I would have preferred to keep driving! The late, inflexible check‑in after a long drive in torrential rain left no place to sit before 3:00 pm—heavy rain forced us to wait in the car. At 3:00 pm when the doors finally opened there was very little hospitality, only more explanations of the further rules regarding our stay. The accommodation was very basic, the staff almost rude, and the restaurant was barely there because there was nothing else. I would never stay again. For the price it was really terrible.

World class views. Great staff. Very comfortable renovated room. Brilliant location. The quality of the food at dinner and breakfast was disappointing
