The breakfast was very good with a wide selection, the place is well situated, the service is friendly, but the hotel feels a bit dated.

The hotel’s location is convenient, everything is nearby, the breakfast in the restaurant offers a sea view, we stayed during Carnival and it wasn’t too noisy, the elevators are quick; however, there was a smell in the rooms and one of the rooms wasn’t cleaned on time, possibly due to dampness or uncleaned air conditioning; we rented two rooms next to each other, one had the smell and the other didn’t; there was a lack of customer care, our clothes returned to Poland with an unpleasant odor; during our trip we planned to visit Palmitos Park but no one warned us that there was an alert in Gran Canaria that day and it was better to stay home; tourists on the streets were uninformed just like us, and even public transport was no help; asking for assistance always got a 100% “no” answer, no guidance on where to get off or turn; the locals’ behavior, such as a lack of courtesy, discourages us from returning.
