The property was well maintained and spotless, though a bit hard to keep clean. The staff seemed uninterested in helping unless you approached them directly. The bathroom fan was very loud and only turned off when the light was off.
“It was a nice place to return to each night after a busy day with family at 2 family reunions!”
The location fit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was excellent—great variety, tasty omelets, plenty of drink options, fresh bread, fruit available all day, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and relaxing. The manager and staff were helpful and friendly. We missed the pool because of water restrictions, but the gym was fine. I also enjoyed the outdoor benches and seating area.
“Not returning”
The shower had dark stains all along one side, possibly mold, and it had not been cleaned for months. This is unacceptable in a $200+ per night hotel. Nice furnishings don’t matter if you can’t feel the shower is clean.

The cable TV was old (or DirecTV, which is the worst!), so I suggest switching to a newer service like Hulu+, YouTube TV, etc.

The location was fine and I skipped breakfast. Check‑in went smoothly and the attendant was cordial. The bathroom exhaust fan rattled and was noisy, indicating it needs replacement. The room could be cleaner and I think it needs refurbishing. I asked for an emailed receipt upon departure and even confirmed my email address; no email has arrived yet.
