“Bad experience ever”

Nobody is there, the hotel is not working Booking doesn't help. i stayed 3 hours outside Booking offred 16€ . the smallest difference between That and the cheapest one was about 20$. They give me back my money back after 10 days without compensation. Last trip with booking, I can't trust ly family with this website again. “El hospedaje ya no existe”

Habitaciones jungla ya no existe, booking no lo ha dado de baja. Yo alquilé dos noches y cuando llegué nadie contestaba el teléfono; después de esperar un rato hablé con el hombre que estaba alquilando el lugar de forma particular, quien me informó que ya no existía el hospedaje; inmediatamente llamé al servicio al cliente de Booking para reportar el inconveniente y, según ellos, se está tramando el reembolso del dinero, pero la verdad fue un mal rato. Booking ya dio de baja este hospedaje porque no soy la primera que le pasa!!!

“UN ENGAÑO QUE HEMOS PAGADO”

I was really disappointed because there was nobody around and we had to book another hotel; no one answered the phone and we never got a reply through booking.
