Die Dusche, das Bett und der Schreibtisch. Ich habe frische Handtücher bekommen. Der Fernseher ist groß, es gibt aber keine Beschreibung für die Bedienung. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant, aber es gehört NICHT zum Hotelbetrieb. Bitte reservieren, es lohnt sich und dort gibt es WLAN. Ich hatte vorab Änderungswünsche, für die ich keine konkrete Zusage bekam. Telefonisch konnte ich vor Urlaubsantritt niemanden erreichen. Die ständig besetzte Rezeption existiert nicht. Als ich klingelte, kam eine Frau heraus, die mir keine Auskunft geben konnte, nur die Stimme im Hintergrund der Sprechanlage sagte: "Warum kann die das nicht allein?", damit war gemeint, die Türe durch den Code öffnen. Unhöflich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Auf Nachfrage wegen Frühstück hieß es, in einem Kilometer Entfernung hätte es einen Bäcker. Es waren 3. WLAN gibt es nicht, die Parkplätze direkt am Haus waren belegt, die auf dem Restaurantparkplatz, so bald der Betrieb begann. Behindertengerechte Einrichtung, wie im Profil angegeben, wo bitte soll die sein? Das Hotel ist nur über Treppen erreichbar. Blick auf den See, den Innenhof oder den Garten oder Nutzung des Gartens oder eines Spielplatzes wie im Profil angegeben??? Blick auf den Parkplatz. Ich hatte Spinnen im Zimmer in manchen Ecken, z. B. im Bad. Ich war eine Woche da, in dieser Zeit ist nicht geputzt worden, nur der Mülleimer geleert und frische Handtücher. Der Kleiderschrank ist ein Witz. Er ist ein alter Kinderschrank, nur ein Fach mit Bettwäsche und eine Stange. Ich konnte nicht einmal auspacken. Zudem ist das Zimmer relativ dunkel. Es liegt eine Liste aus, was alles an der Rezeption gebucht werden kann. Welche Rezeption? Stimmt die Telefonnummer überhaupt? Für das, was das "Hotel" geboten hat, war es maßlos überteuert

There were no positives. The hotel was overbooked and I didn’t get the room I had paid for; they offered me a pension about 200 m away that might have been half a star and was clearly unsuitable for staying.

Do not stay here. The advertisement is completely misleading and you do not get the facilities advertised. We stayed in August. 1. The cafe/restaurant was padlocked shut. No service at all. No neighbouring facilities, so not even possible to get a coffee in the area. Simply a sign telling you to go to the next village for breakfast! 2. The garden/terrace was padlocked shut. No access to it at all. So there is nowhere to sit outside. 3. No WiFi. The housekeeper does not know the code and when we called the proprietor, we just got an answerphone message and did not get any response to our request. These facilities are all advertised by the hotel but do not exist. Also the reception service is very poor. Just a locked door, which was answered by the housekeeper after we had been banging for 10 minutes. Then a long wait while she called the proprietor to check our reservation. Just a very dishonest establishment with poor service. Do not stay here

I had no positive points to mention at all! The room number 10 had serious issues: the staff on site talked nicely but it wasn’t true, you couldn’t make phone calls and the Wi‑Fi was unusable – a real nightmare for someone who works on the go. It felt like being cut off from the outside world. The window was hard to open (impossible for a woman) and couldn’t be tilted. The sink tap was moldy, the shower had mold, and the shower knob fell off. The motion‑sensor light turned off while showering, leaving me in the dark, and it also switched off when I sat on the toilet – I had to dance around to turn it back on. The location is awful: behind the building you see a construction site and a cluttered garden, and right in front is the main street. – Michael Licht
