The receptionist who checked us in was very polite and warm, greeting us with “Welcome back!” after confirming the reservation name and even advising us to book 1‑2 months early for holiday promotions, which makes me want to return. On the downside, we could clearly hear people running and jumping upstairs, and the air‑conditioning was useless—setting it to 30 °C on the lowest fan still left us freezing, while turning it off made the room stuffy; I hope the hotel can fix this.
