I felt unsafe because the ground‑floor room was left open while we were out, and there was no reception area when we arrived.

The location was good, yet the owner walked into our room unannounced in the morning, standing in the doorway and talking about a key even though the unit is keyless, which was awkward and lucky for us because neither of us were changing. Every floor has one bathroom for 3 to 4 rooms; on the morning we left, the two bottom‑floor bathrooms were occupied, so I went to the third floor only to find it locked out with a PIN code, preventing me from brushing my teeth before leaving.

The unit was clean and well laid out, the instructions were timely and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. However, it took a while for hot water to reach the bathroom, a small table would have helped, and the drawers in the side tables were difficult to open.

The location is convenient, easily reachable from Haymarket station, and a few minutes’ walk brings you into town. The area is full of dining options, but the exterior is anonymous and not very recognizable.
