The room was fine, but the food quality left something to be desired.

The slides, water temperature, nighttime shows, and the club from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. were great. However, the room was very small—other hotels had offered larger ones—and the bathroom privacy was limited, with slits letting you see into the toilet or shower. The bed was too soft; I sink into it and prefer firmer mattresses.

“Mala atención al llegar al hotel”

The waitstaff were friendly, the room comfortable, and the balcony view lovely. Yet when we arrived, we were ushered into a lounge and made sign a paper claiming the room we received was better than what we paid for, which was false since we selected it via the app. The staff treated us like a favor, and some were quite unpleasant, pushing membership sales to the point of harassment. They blocked our access to the room, forced us to sign excessive paperwork to upsell, and the food was poor and scant, often causing lines. They didn’t provide wristbands and constantly checked guest names for all‑inclusive access.

“Agradable, con comida rica y el sunscape club es un plus”

The hotel is small and everything is very accessible; the spa was delicious, the food is tasty, and the staff is very friendly. Everything was fine.
