The place felt cozy and very personal, with an amazing balcony. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Using the app each time you enter a room might be a bit stressful for some, but it was still fairly easy to use.

The location is excellent and completely quiet. Service is outstanding, and the mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast could have had more variety and more quantity.

The building is very distinctive and in a great spot. A 2‑10 minute walk takes you to very useful bus stops, and a 10‑15 minute walk brings you to the main city sights (Cathedral, Real Alcázar). The staff are very kind and helpful, breakfast is good, and they pay attention to requests. The room is well supplied: coffee machine, kettle, mosquito net, air‑conditioner, bathroom with bidet! The downside was that our room was on the top floor, so it was very hot, the air‑conditioner was noisy, and opening the main window was a bit difficult.
