Very close to the sea, and the host was welcoming. Overall, the entire apartment felt quite “budget” and a bit sad that all the soaps were extended with water (so much water, the shower literally had only water). You need a car because the surrounding area has only small houses, and in the studio the only thing we found was toilet paper.

The location was lovely, with a beach for swimming right in front and free parking out front, plus a few restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfy, and the place was clean. The kitchenette lacked tea towels to dry dishes—maybe Italians just use the drying rack in the cupboard—there was no kettle for tea drinkers, and no soap, shampoo, or water was provided.

I spent two days with my family and we were absolutely delighted 🌊☀️ The room felt welcoming, spotless, and even had a cozy kitchenette, perfect for a completely free and relaxed stay. The location is amazing: right on the sea yet only 3 minutes from the town center, so very convenient for any need. In low season we were lucky to find a nearly deserted beach, basically all ours. The atmosphere was wonderful, quiet and soothing. The beach has lots of pebbles, but the sea more than makes up for it: crystal‑clear water, incredibly clean and stunningly colorful. Hard to forget such a sea 💙 A truly positive experience, ideal for anyone seeking tranquility, relaxation and genuine sea contact. We’ll definitely return!

We stayed at Sole e Mare Guesthouse in the middle of winter and it was really great. The property is literally attached to the beach, an incredible bonus even off‑season, and it’s just a 3‑minute drive from the town center of Fuscaldo Marina, in a quiet and secluded area. The setting is new, modern and impeccably clean. The spaces are well organized, equipped with Wi‑Fi, a full kitchenette with dishes, and most importantly well heated, which is essential in winter and we appreciated it a lot. You feel the attention to detail and the care for guests’ comfort. A genuinely pleasant stay: we’ll definitely come back this summer to enjoy the sea even more and the unique location of the property 🌊
