The room is spacious, airy, and equipped with all comforts, especially the in‑room bathroom. Communication was quick, precise, and efficient. The links to the city center are good, and the surrounding area is very quiet and well organized.

We had a very good stay in this apartment and felt absolutely comfortable. The house is welcoming and the location is convenient. We especially appreciated the owner’s availability: there was excellent communication from the start, and he was always very helpful and kind. The only small thing we didn’t expect was the somewhat limited size of the shower and sink—nothing major, just personal preferences. Overall, we were very satisfied. If we ever return to Rome, we would definitely come back here and would gladly recommend it to friends and acquaintances. 😊❤️

It’s comfortable, has a great location, the exterior is beautiful, and there’s a balcony with a street view.

I was looking to dodge the sky‑high city centre rates, and for the price it didn’t let me down, with solid train and bus links into Rome that took 20 minutes or less. The room, however, turned out to be a bit misleading: it was actually one of two rooms in an apartment, the other also rented, so the microwave, kettle, fridge, etc. were all shared. The air‑con was temperamental, and the floorboards were raised, creating a tripping hazard especially near the balcony door.

Location. Cleanliness was lacking, photos were probably edited with AI, walls were scuffed, it wasn’t as spacious as in the pictures, the AC made a terrible noise, and there was a thick layer of dust.
