Very central. An incident happened with the staff: one of the security guards opened the room door around midnight when someone was inside. They said it was a mistake, but it still made for a bad experience and lowered my rating of the stay.

The receptionist who welcomed my family and Ami was attentive, and the facilities and location are excellent. I think the cleaning schedule should be more frequent; we stayed 4 days and only had two cleanings.

Warmth. The checkout time is at 12:00, but I think rooms should be checked out at the time of arrival, meaning if I check in at 18:00 I should leave at 18:00 the next day. Just a suggestion.
