The place feels like a tranquil oasis surrounded by greenery. The building is a well-preserved historic structure that’s kept in great shape. The rooms are spacious, large, and clean. Carla’s kindness, availability, and passion for running this spot make you feel like you’re at a close friend’s house, as if you’ve known them forever.

The location, the pool, and the outdoor areas are great. But the kitchen’s sticky work surface, the dust throughout the house—especially in the upper floor’s pantry—and the fact that some dishes and cutlery weren’t fully clean were major issues. During a storm, water leaked in through several closed, very leaky windows, soaking the upper‑floor carpet and leaving water under the fridge in the kitchen, in the bathroom/WC, and in the foyer. That was unacceptable and forced us to leave three days earlier than planned. Despite three requests, Booking has yet to confirm a refund for those three days, and the property Fattoria Antognoni has not responded, according to Booking. The maisonette is still available for booking. 🥹

Fattoria Antognoni is a charming spot tucked in the green and cared for with great attention. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and breakfast is delicious with fresh products. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. It’s the perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature. Highly recommended. Angelo and Iolanda

If you want to leave everyday life behind, this is exactly the place. The calm was very relaxing, and Carla and her family are super friendly and helpful. Everything is kept with a lot of love, and the animals are great too. We were around satisfied.

The pool is beautiful, and there’s a ping‑pong table and a football pitch. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. You can also dine right in the agriturismo. Nothing else to add.
