While the hotel's location was a definite plus, I was let down by the state of the property. The hotel felt old and worn out, with many areas in need of repair. Despite its prime location, I couldn't help but feel that the hotel's age and condition detracted from my stay.

I appreciated that the hotel was within walking distance to many popular tourist spots, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the hotel's cleanliness issues. The hotel itself was dirty, and my room wasn't cleaned properly, which was a major letdown.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, and there were several issues that made it a disappointing experience. The receptionists on day and afternoon shifts had a hard time understanding even basic English, which made communication quite challenging. The day shift girl seemed particularly hesitant and unfriendly, and I even wondered if she knew how to smile. Overall, I think the hotel needs to focus on hiring staff with better English skills.

The hotel's location was excellent, with only a short walk to Arrow Street. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel's cleaning standards were not up to par. I had booked a four-night stay, but ended up checking out after just two nights and moving to a different hotel due to the subpar conditions.
