The hotel was excellent, but I didn’t like that the pool was closed.

The location was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the gym was awful with very little equipment, no towels, and no disinfectant wipes. The merged hotels made the whole property feel disjointed. There was no parking available the whole week unless you used the extra off‑property parking, which had very little signage and nobody at the front desk mentioned it. The water was unflavored for the first two days I was there.

The staff were friendly, but the room was never cleaned; we had to put our trash out for pickup and a cleaning request never materialised. The pool was closed during our stay, the hallway smelled bad, and it was hot and humid everywhere except in our room.

We had a decent room, but checking in dragged on; it took more than 45 minutes before we could get into our room because it hadn't been cleaned and the staff were busy searching for a clean one, with carts around but no housekeepers in sight. The people we met were friendly, yet the overall lack of staff made the place feel poorly managed.
