The only positive was having a friendly employee named Mike who was helpful. It was a disaster because there was no signage except a brief one before the guest house and none on the building itself. Access is only possible with a 4×4 with a high ground clearance. There is no sea access because the surrounding paths are private and off-limits. The pool was unusable due to reported pump problems. Inside the house everything was worn out; rooms were packed with oversized furniture, leaving no room to move. The sanitary facilities were poorly maintained and very old. We received a room upgrade through the Genius program, but only after intense discussions. Because I booked mobile, a free breakfast was supposed to be included, which the owner refused. No breakfast was provided.

The pool is great! The location is close to the sea in a quiet spot in Tiwi. The rooms are dark, the kitchen was quite dirty, and the Wi‑Fi often didn’t work. However, the location is pleasant for beach access but far from everything; getting to the house by tuk‑tuk is hard, you need a motorcycle or car. These are factors to consider when budgeting.

I liked the worker (Fred) – he was so kind and genuine. The place is situated so deep in the bushes, far from civilization, and the road to the property was really bad. The room was very untidy and stuffy. The bed linens and surfaces were very dusty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, dirty shelves and floors. The toilet and sinks were dirty, drawers were broken, the compound had overgrown grass which I didn’t like. I cancelled my stay on arrival; the place did not meet my expectations and was pathetic. The photos and the reality on the ground are very different. I paid for a one‑night stay which they refused to refund.
