“My highlight..”
I really enjoyed my stay – the highlight of my Bali trip. It feels like a peaceful haven right in the middle of rice fields. The bungalows are very nice, the food great, and the staff fantastic.

I absolutely loved my stay at Balitrees. I live in Bali and came mainly for the beautiful rice fields nearby. I booked one of their cheaper rooms but was upgraded to a brand‑new one that was just perfect. The room and view were beautiful. They organize all kinds of activities that you can join freely. I feel like I found a hidden treasure and will definitely come back!

If you dream of spending a few days in quiet among terraced rice fields, this place is for you! Besides the free pool, they offer different activities: yoga, meditation, making offerings, village visits, swimming at the nearby waterfall (one free activity per day). Massage is possible. The meals (excellent and inexpensive) are served in the dining room with a view of the rice fields… They will pick you up at Selemadeg (on the main road near Tabanan) at no extra cost. The staff who speaks very good English takes care of you. In short, a dreamy place with excellent value for money. Nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect!

I loved the property and the view was breathtaking, quiet, and exactly what I was looking for. My room was clean and the air conditioning worked. The hot water runs out quickly, but that’s not a huge issue. Also, when booking it doesn’t mention that you’ll have to pay for all meals, yoga, and extra activities – that info should be on the website. Everyone else booked through a yoga retreat site and got a package that included all that. The food was good, and they cater to your health needs.
