Anna was an amazing host and ran everything smoothly. We appreciated her breakfast prep and the hassle‑free check‑in and check‑out. The beds were comfortable, the room had A.C. The shower was rather small.

Fabrizio was incredibly helpful with directions and Ana made sure everything ran smoothly – both were very attentive. I liked everything.

The hotel sits in the city center, making it a solid base. For people with mobility issues, the fact that the stay is on the first floor and there is no lift makes it a bit harder.

The location is great – within 80 m of the Colosseum. Small restaurants in backstreets are within 1 and 2 blocks. Aircon works very well! The room is VERY small – the photos don’t show it because they’re taken with a wide‑angle lens. Very little toiletries are provided, even for a multi‑day stay. Two single beds cannot be moved together and are fitted with an old‑style bedspray. They give a small breakfast in the room (no restaurant or dining room available). Breakfast is only available from 08:30‑10:00, so you can’t enjoy it if you have early tour bookings in Rome. No lift or assistance to upper floors for suitcases – carry them yourself. They do not accept Amex credit cards for payments of city tax.
