“Blu Parthenope suites”

It was convenient to the train station and a relatively short walk to the tourist areas of Naples. The room was described as “Deluxe,” which is the last word I would use. It was basic at best. The room was adjacent to the front door as well as the stairwell and elevator, so it was very noisy. The only window faced the stairwell with limited light—dark during the day, needing the light on. Conversations in the stairwell and adjacent apartments were clearly audible at all hours of the day and night.

The room was clean, the location and view were great, and check‑in/out were quick. However, the building’s elevator costs 20 cent per ride, and there was a hiccup with the room rearrangement that the staff handled brilliantly.
