The front desk staff was welcoming, but after inspecting the hotel and our room we decided to leave; everything felt old and deteriorating, especially the bathroom, and the overall atmosphere left us, two older women, feeling uneasy.
“Good price for an okay hotel.”
I appreciated the pool, which was a key reason for booking since it’s nice to cool off when it’s hot, and the location was excellent, very close to everything you might need; the price was great, the room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was very quiet. However, the sheets had old stains, there were two cockroaches in my bath—one dead and one alive—spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, the furniture was peeling, the pool was a bit cloudy and green, and my window didn’t shut completely, letting in loud traffic noise.
