Rarely do I find a place where almost everything pleases me, but that’s the case here. Sometimes you have to wait for the elevator when everyone is heading to the restaurant.

The all‑inclusive hotel is very good, with a bakery and great coffee. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious; the beach and beach bar are fantastic, and the staff were friendly. Checking out for free later was possible. The indoor and outdoor pools are okay but not very appealing; adding some plants could freshen them up. The buffet and restaurant are solid, and a free‑gluten corner would be a nice addition. The animation/kids club works, but in my view the staff shouldn’t constantly be on their phones when kids are around; even if the kids don’t dance at the kids disco, it’s a great experience for them, so why show a YouTube video of a dance‑battle game instead? After a complaint this was changed, but it only happened once.

The cleanliness, staff, services, and the “urban jungle” design were extraordinary, the food was varied and fresh, and the bar offered extravagant service! The sand and water were wonderful! The pool area was cramped and the loungers were too close together. The beach didn’t keep the “urban jungle” vibe; I expected wooden loungers, straw umbrellas, puffs, and wood…

The spot was spot‑on – just a few steps to the beach and the 24‑hour ultra all‑inclusive really lived up to its promise, so the food and drinks were a treat. Indonesian staff were warm and helpful, and Daniela from housekeeping kept everything tidy. The only real let‑down was the room: it was marketed with a pool or garden view, yet we ended up looking out over the parking lot, which felt misleading even after the front desk confirmed the mistake.
