“Nie polecam!!!”

We booked two rooms. Upon arrival we weren’t given the selected and paid-for category; the only alternative offered required an extra fee. The rooms shown instead were old, in need of renovation, and very cold. Additionally, there is a bar on the ground floor with very loud music, which we weren’t informed about beforehand. We told the staff that these conditions were unacceptable. They said the money for the reservation would be refunded. A week has passed and we still haven’t received the refund. No one answers our calls or messages. After this experience I cannot recommend this place.

Остались очень довольны пребыванием в этом отеле! Прекрасное расположение, уютный и чистый номер, удобная кровать и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту, приятную атмосферу и хороший сервис. Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать его друзьям!
