The breakfast was decent, but the front desk was a nightmare: a grey‑haired man took a break outside while we waited, and the woman with painted eyebrows was mean and sarcastic, as if she’d worked in prison; we checked in at 4:30 pm and our room wasn’t ready, so she gave us a different room that smelled of smoke; cleaning staff said most rooms smelled that way and just sprayed ours, and the hot water stopped at 11:00 am.

The lobby felt welcoming, receptionists were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical of other hotels, and the staff kept everything stocked; I was satisfied with everything.

The location is good, reception is friendly, parking is free and the walk is short, but the room is old, loud, the ceiling creaks, you hear every step from above, the street is constantly busy, so ask for a room on the upper back floor.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, and the room was clean, but I couldn’t get Netflix and the pool was too cold.
