The cleaning lady was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. However, the hot water stops abruptly and takes about an hour to return; the shower pressure is so low that pulling the tap is difficult. At night the area feels unsafe to walk around, the Wi‑Fi is poor, the TVs are old and lack internet or streaming options.

The staff were super kind, and the hotel sits in the center with everything nearby, including the metro. In the mornings, the noise from the cleaning crew or early risers is loud, but it didn't bother me and even acted as a wake‑up call.

I really appreciated the staff – they were so kind and friendly, which was both surprising and amazing. When we needed directions to nearby facilities, the lady literally took us there. Food and everything else were close by. We walked around town every morning and there were so many streets, interesting food, and beautiful buildings to see. We loved it!

We arrived at 12.30 am and a very friendly young lady, despite it being her first day, handled our check‑in smoothly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the TV had internet, and the location was super central, letting us navigate the streets effortlessly. The only downside was that the shower handle was slightly damaged, but that's fixable.
