On the first night we were assigned to a floor with a smoking room, so everything in our room carried a tobacco odor; we didn’t request a change because it was already 11 PM and we were exhausted. The next morning a female receptionist kindly moved us to a non‑smoking floor, which was a huge relief—we should thank her. We liked the second room, but before checking out I found a dusty, rubbish‑filled space under the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast lacked egg options, which was disappointing, though the buffet was decent.
