Old school manual elevator with a person 24 hrs. Nice restaurant at the top but they only had buffet. Wish they also did Al La Carte. Excellent area, close to everything. Staff were really good

The food, view, and location were solid. The bed was uncomfortable, hard, and noisy.

Everything worked fine and the place was well situated.

The spot was great – you could see the Zócalo from the balcony in every mood, whether it was crowded or empty, day or night. The bed was huge and comfy, and the staff were very polite. The top‑floor restaurant was tasty and not too pricey for its location. The only gripe is that the facilities feel a bit old‑fashioned and could use a refresh, but that boho vibe is part of its charm.

The location was great. The bed was extremely hard—sleeping on a hard tiled floor would have felt more comfortable. The furniture was worn and needed replacement. The property requires a lot of TLC.
