The landlord Christos is a very likable, open‑minded and helpful person. He was always interested in our activities and gave us valuable tips. He and his father George are wonderful and warm people. The location was perfect for us as a starting point for excursions around Mani. The beach bar with loungers is a 5‑minute walk away. The village of Agios Nikolaus with taverns and a beautiful promenade is also reachable on foot. The breakfast basket was a surprise every day and was always delivered on time with friendly small talk.

The spot is fantastic, just 400 m from the beach, and the host was warm and welcoming. The rooftop is great for sunsets and the host gave solid local tips. The only downside was that there were no bedside reading lamps.

The place is in a great spot, especially surrounded by olive trees, close to the beach and super quiet. Chris and George were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast basket was generous with a wide range of local treats.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. The yard and parking area sit in lovely natural shade, which was perfect for the warm days. The whole property is under video surveillance, so we always felt completely safe. Every morning, our host brought us a freshly prepared homemade breakfast — a really thoughtful touch that made the mornings special. The location is fantastic: a beautiful beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, and there's a lovely promenade leading to the nearby town of Ag. Nikolaos, about 1.5 km away. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you could need — even little extras like an iron, ironing board, and wine glasses. We felt completely safe and welcome the entire time. The hosts were kind and always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!
