The room smelled amazing thanks to the shampoos and conditioners, giving a rich aromatic experience. The staff were very good and they gave us a tasty breakfast to go, which was great because we left very early. The room itself was lovely, and overall we really liked the hotel.

I had a great stay at SSAW Boutique Hotel Hangzhou East Railway Station. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary shuttle van to Hangzhou East Railway Station was especially convenient. It’s a solid choice for a comfortable and hassle‑free stay in Hangzhou.

The room was ultra‑modern, spotless and roomy, and we switched from king beds to two singles without any fee thanks to the front desk’s flexibility.

Nothing positive. There was no breakfast for such a high price, they wouldn’t let us into the Chess room and instead escorted us back to our room, which was very stupid, and they didn’t understand basic English or sign language.
