“Buona l'ubicazione per visitare le diverse attrazioni di Genova”
The location, breakfast, the owner's friendliness, and the clean, newer bathrooms were all positives, but the furnishings and parking were lacking.

You cancelled my order because there was no availability, and a week later you still haven’t refunded my account; please address this urgently.

The balcony view of the sea was great and the host was friendly, but only two of the six bulbs in the chandelier worked and there was just one bedside lamp for a double bed. The price‑to‑quality ratio was quite bad—too expensive for what was offered—and there was no parking as advertised, so we had to park on the street.

The view was nice, but we never stayed there; it stank and was very dirty. The host immediately told us there was no breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included. Not recommended at all!

The only thing worth mentioning was the sea view of the harbor; everything else was absolutely not worth going to. The bathroom had been renovated, but the apartment was abandoned, unclean, and dilapidated. It had nothing to do with the photos in the listing. Cleanliness was entirely absent. Walls were peeling and exposed wires were unsafe. The balcony was kept like a junkyard and part of the apartment was unusable. Breakfast was included in the price, but we never got to try it. The “barter” with the stay costs was confusing, and we saw no one except the phone.
