The location was good, which was about the only positive thing in my experience. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. After a tiring trip, my wife and I were exhausted and needed rest, yet the hotel didn’t handle our situation with any flexibility or understanding. We were told check‑in would only be at the scheduled time and no suitable solution was offered, forcing me to book another hotel and pay extra. I expected the hotel to show some empathy and help us, but I didn’t feel that at all. A stay isn’t just a room and amenities; it also involves how a hotel treats guests in an emergency. This experience was enough for me to decide I won’t return.
