The place is reachable, though Mandaue gets heavily flooded, but Leope is a solid spot to stay, close to the pier, malls, CDU, and more. Everything has to be requested—like toiletries, cleaning, water, slippers.

Great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay over. We always stay here when we arrive in Cebu. Very comfortable beds , very good shower. McDonalds next door - 7Eleven and ATM across the street

The accessibility is great. It’s right on the way to the airport and close to the airport itself. Nothing to note otherwise.

The location is just a stone’s throw from SM Mabolo. The workers are kind and friendly, and the hotel is clean. The only downside is the flusher.
