The owner provided extra items like a toothbrush, shampoo, and soap, and he behaved well, keeping my luggage safe at reception while I went to the beach for a photoshoot. Nothing negative; every service was wonderful.

Very bad experience with Happy land. It was UNHAPPY for us. I booked without any pre payment, but they rang me and said "please pay Rs.2000 in advance, otherwise your booking will be cancelled". Immediately I pay them 2000 through phonepay. I booked this property for 31st december.Certainly they call me just one day before (30th December) and tell me that, they already provide my booked room to other guest, so we have to stay other property, which select by them or cancell the same. That very day I have no other option. When I Reach Varkala, they sent me a worst budget hotel, and allot me a nasty, cozy room. They not return back the advance amount Rs.2000, whereas they pressured me to payment another Rs.4000. I have no other option, otherwise I spent that night on beach, under naked sky. So I again payment them Rs.4000 for that budget, non-beach property. Now if they not pay back the advane amount Rs.2000 within 3 days, I will spread this all in social media, alongwith the name of . for their worst service. I cheated by both happy land and .
