The breakfast buffet was very good, but it only ran until 9:30 am. The staff were short; nobody checked our room on the second day, so we had to fetch extra towels ourselves, and the key cards weren’t transferred for the second day. There were very few chairs or lounge areas at the pool.

I didn’t like that I was overbooked and had to find another hotel at 2 am; I couldn’t even get past the lobby. The lobby itself looked nice and clean, and the staff on duty were excellent.

The price was reasonable, but the front‑desk lady came off as unfriendly, making me feel like an inconvenience when I checked in. The door to our room was crooked—no gap at the top, but a gap at the bottom—so I could see the hallway light from inside. The building felt hastily assembled and cheap, with noise from people in the hallway, running upstairs, and conversations on the deck right below our window. I missed the free breakfast because 100 cheerleaders, dancers, and their families had taken over the cafeteria. The building looks new in photos, but the actual stay was underwhelming, so I wouldn’t stay again.
