I loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, but I didn’t like that the bathroom has a light sensor that turns on the light when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, glaring at me.

The breakfast was very tasty and original, with several options. The location was perfect in San Blas. It’s a small, quiet hotel with very pretty and spacious rooms. Nothing to add.

It was quiet because it wasn’t too close to the Plaza, yet it was a short walk to the center. The bed was comfortable and the room had coca leaves to help with altitude effects. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of fruit. Wilbert was so helpful, arranging our tours and handling our laundry after the Inca Trek, sending a list of restaurants and other recommendations. Filtered water was available 24/7, and it seemed Wilbert was too! We would definitely stay here again. Nothing else.

The location, comfort, and especially the kindness, availability, and efficiency of Wilbert in helping us organize our stay (advice, transport bookings, take‑away breakfast, etc.) were outstanding. Nothing else.
