I guess it’s on the beach. The spa treatment we had was fantastic. The staff were unhelpful, the rooms smelled, especially on the 4th floor—don’t accept a room on that floor. The 19‑floor hotel only has two lifts and no staff‑service lifts.

The location is top! The view from the room was great with sea view. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff are welcoming, thanks again to the receptionists, the cleaning team, and Hang 😇.

Great location and lovely staff. The pool closed early, and there was a lack of attentive staff in the pool area.

The location and service were great. The mould on our room ceiling could be smelled when we first opened the door. They put a dehumidifier in the room to help. It didn’t affect our experience, and they acted on it straight away.
