The place is pretty but needs maintenance; the bathrooms were dirty, we didn’t get hot water, the shower was clogged, and the towels smelled damp.

The warmth of the hotel and its staff…everything splendid in Tilcara.

The breakfast was very good and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was too small. The entrance really isn't pretty.
