The couple who run the hotel don’t speak English, and we don’t speak German either, yet they still treated us like royalty, proving that when two people want to understand each other they can. We dined at the hotel, the food was great, and during dinner we had a fun conversation with the owners and some locals who were having beers in the bar. All good.
