We found the room far larger than we had imagined, with a strong air‑con that kept it cool and a spotless interior. A restaurant sits right outside the building, and laundromats plus a 7‑Eleven are within walking distance; the Iconsiam mall is about 25 minutes away by bike. When the air‑con and door gave us a bit of trouble at 3 am, host Jacob answered within minutes and was friendly, which was a relief. The only downside was the lack of a cleaning service, so we had to bring our own broom or vacuum to tidy the room.

The place is clean and well‑located, but the basin in the bathroom made a lot of noise.

The location is perfect and the rooms are clean. There isn’t really anything to dislike, and it offers good value for money.

Excellent location 4 all the main places 2 visit in Bangkok. Accom is basic, but clean & comfortable. Staff are friendly & helpful. We've stayed here 3 times now, so that should say it all
